There will be an overview of the creation of clinical practice guidelines (CPGs) and processes to use KT to promote best practice in neurologic physical therapy. The speakers will describe the process of performing knowledge translation in clinical practice. Examples of how KT can be applied to clinical practice will be presented by the Academy of Neurologic Physical Therapy task forces, including, the Vestibular CPG Task Force, the Health Promotion and Wellness Task Force, and the Outcome Measure CPG Task Force.
