This roundtable discussion will focus on the future integration and role of rehabilitation within the health care arena. Leaders will be asked a series of questions that will identify challenges and opportunities to improve overall population health. The dialogue will be centered around the possibility of outside-the-box thinking to present solutions and innovative ideas to the current challenges. Speakers represent organizations including the US Congress, Department of Defense, Veterans Health Administration, Indian Health Service, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, and APTA.

Learning Objectives: Upon completion of this course, you will be able to:

1. Identify current challenges in providing services to satisfy population health.

2. Discuss innovative solutions to improve health and well-being.

3. Formulate an action plan to address population health.

4. Contrast how different solutions may impact overall health and well-being.
