A series of LAMP TED-style talks will provide shared experiences on leadership from LAMP faculty using personal stories that forged unforgettable lessons in Leading Within and in Leading Others. As the physical therapy profession transforms society by optimizing movement, the series of leadership talks will provide inspiring ideas for personal and professional leadership growth. Each distinguished speaker will share their varied background in health care and unique experiences as health care leaders. As colleagues present their factual stories and personal experiences, attendees will have the opportunity to reflect and connect to their own physical therapy leadership experiences. Their stories will show how they have applied leadership literature and principles.
Learning Objectives: Upon completion of this course, you will be able to:
