The Katherine Shepard Qualitative Research Symposium will showcase the profession's qualitative researchers. Given Kay Shepard's commitment and ground breaking work to engage the physical therapy community in qualitative research, this session is dedicated to propagate the science of this less widely used form of research, serve as a unique forum for presentation and discussion of qualitative research, and provide a unique venue for interaction among these researchers and clinicians.

Learning Objectives: Upon completion of this course, you will be able to:

1. Discuss the results of original work presented by qualitative researchers.

2. Apply current research and descriptions of current practice/programming to contemporary practice.

3. Identify collaboration and networking opportunities.
